I have paid for my purchase. Why is the Purchase Order still marked Sale Pending?

Ruby Lane has a site-wide Return Policy which all shops must honor. You can read the policy by clicking on Help at the top of any Ruby Lane page, then on Return Policy.

Ruby Lane Shop Owners are advised not to mark an item Sold until they are sure the buyer has received the item and does not wish to return it.
