Please understand that the statement generation and notification procedure is completely automated. We do not recommend waiting until the end of the last day of the month to manually remove inventory.
It is not safe to rely on removing items on the last day of the month to ensure that they are not counted in the next maintenance fees. This is why, when reporting a sale, you have the option to leave an item in your shop or remove at end of month. However, this latter option will not be available in the last 2 days of the month.
If sufficient time is not allowed for updating, to reflect the removed items before accounting begins, then removed items may be included in your inventory count for the first of the next month. Items need to be removed from all our servers before the accounting runs for the 1st of each month. This happens after midnight and onward.
If you want to be sure an item does not get charged the next month, make sure to remove it at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend 2 days in advance to be certain.
