Question Title In the auction site preview, I clicked on my photo and my item doesn't say At Auction in my shop.
Since you have not clicked the Done button yet, your item has not changed in your Ruby Lane shop. Even after you click Done, there may be a short delay up to 15 minutes before your shop is updated to show your item At Auction.
