Question Title My auction started but it isn't formatted right and there is all kinds of junk in the listing.
Make sure that you select the "Use your own HTML" tab when starting an eBay auction. To fix an auction that has already started, use Ruby Lane's Send to Auction feature again, but instead of starting a new auction, use eBay's Revise Auction feature. Completely delete the description on eBay, select Use Your Own HTML, then cut-and-paste the HTML from the Ruby Lane form into your auction description. Also make sure you have selected all of the HTML.
