Question Title Why can't I see the shipping cost to my home address?
When you are viewing an item in a Ruby Lane shop, if you see "We need a destination to estimate shipping", you can enter your US Zip Code or select your Country from the drop-down menu and Ruby Lane's Shipping Wizard will calculate the shipping cost to your home address.

If you have previously completed an Express Registration, you can add your address by clicking on My Account near the top of any Ruby Lane page and then on Edit in the Address Book section. Going forward, shipping costs will then be automatically calculated for you based upon your Zip Code or Country.

If you see "No Shipping Available" at Checkout, it is probable that the shop owner has chosen not to ship to your Country.
