Question Title I use Federal Express and/or DHL for shipping but I can't select those shippers from the drop-down menu.
To use a non-listed shipper such as Federal Express or DHL, you can select the "Expedited Flat Rate Shipping" option from the drop-down menu.

Then, by navigating to that shipper's website, you can obtain their shipping charge which you would enter as a 'Fixed' amount in the shipping amount field.
