"My Account" located at the top of any page on our site.

Once on your "My Account Overview" page, from the left side menu, select "Cancel Membership". Then on the next page, input your password and again select "Cancel Membership".

It is important to note that if you cancel your membership from our site, this will remove all of your registered data. You will also be unsubscribed from any Ruby Lane mailing list(s) you may be on.
