Why is an item that is for sale in a Ruby Lane shop showing as unavailable for me to purchase?
Before being able to place a purchase order, a buyer must first complete the name, address and telephone number contact information fields on their 'My Account' page.
If contact information is incomplete, our site will not allow a purchase order to be placed and an item will remain 'unavailable' for purchase to that buyer until they have completed the required contact information fields.
