Question Title Is there a Quality Assurance Program on Ruby Lane?
Yes. There  is a program that allows shops to "flag" an item in another shop if they feel it falls outside of the guidelines such as if it is an item that is illegal to sell, or is misrepresented.  To flag an item you must be signed into your shop. Choose the Flag This Item tool in the column on the left.
