Question Title Does Ruby Lane have a program to maintain the standards of the site and its shops?
Yes, Ruby Lane's Quality Control includes ongoing Site Monitoring and the Flagging System. All shops are expected to comply at all times with the Ruby Lane Common Shop Requirements, to uphold site standards and honor the terms of the Return Policy. If an issue which needs to be corrected comes to our attention, that shop will be asked to make modifications to bring their shop back into compliance with site requirements.
