Question Title I changed a photo in my shop, but the old photo still shows?
First you must wait at least 5-10 seconds per photo for us to process your images. Next, if you don't click on the link "View My Shop" after you change your photo, you may have to wait up to 30 minutes for the change to take place. If the photo is still displaying wrong, then most likely the old photo has been saved in your computer's "cache". To force your web browser to read your new photo from Ruby Lane's computer instead of your cache, hold down the Shift or Ctrl key (depends on your software), and click either Refresh or Reload in your browser. Just clicking Refresh or Reload by itself will not force your browser to get the new photo.
